So, what's in this course, anyway??

Candy to Carrots was created to help parents, grandparents, caregivers, aunts, uncles and friends who fantasize about their kids eating healthy food without an argument, protest or full blown meltdown. It was created BY a parent who thought her child eating healthfully was just a fantasy, too. BUT, now...not only does he eat vegetables, but he actually requests them! This can happen for you, too.

What you'll get in the Candy to Carrots course:

  • Over an hour of video content, conveniently divided up into easy to digest (see what I did there??) clips
  • WHY we should even bother trying to get our kids to eat healthy food (hint: it impacts their health in a BIG way!)
  • Common challenges we face as parents
  • Three accessible and approachable steps to take to start scooting kids in the right direction
  • Guidance on how to implement the steps
  • Tips & Tricks to make it happen without losing your cool
  • Resources like a recipe eBook, lists and charts and a guide that walks you through the whole course
  • Opportunity to join the Candy to Carrots Facebook Group for additional information and support
  • And maybe, just maaaaybe there is a special treat at the end
  • It’s fun and entertaining AND informative…because who wants to sit through boring videos?? Nobody! Or not me, at least. Would you? I don’t think so 😊

What are parents saying??

He ate carrots!

Karen

My 8 year old ate carrot coins for the first time in a looooong time. No argument, no meltdown. He just ate them!

Thank you!

Sarah

Awesome course! Thank you for breaking down a huge undertaking into small, manageable steps.

I could not stop watching!

Terry

I was going to just check out the program for a little while, but I could not stop watching. Each step made me more curious to see what came next.

Easy to follow

Jay

My favorite part was that it was presented in a way that seemed to be easy to follow as a way of re-thinking meals and food choices

I love taking it one step at a time

Miranda

I love how you stress taking one thing at a time and getting comfortable before adding on.

My daughter is now helping!

Jadie

I’ve started giving my daughter little tasks to do and she loves it!
